as the revised ANSI/IEEE C62.41. Includes a built-in coupler/decoupler
for single-phase AC power lines up to 277V, 50 - 60Hz to 20A.

Operates
at ± 15kV in the air discharge mode, and ± 10kV in
the contact or current injection mode. Conformance to IEC 801.2.
Also with lock-on mode and includes 150 PF/330O network.
